Welkom op de officiële website van de Blue Light Ride. 

De volgende editie van de Blue Light Ride zal plaatsvinden op 9  december 2026. 

Tijdens de Blue Light Ride zetten een groot aantal hulpverleners zich in hun vrije tijd in om zieke kinderen en patiënten en cliënten van verschillende Noord-Limburgse zorginstellingen hopelijk even te  laten vergeten dat ze ziek zijn. 

Daarnaast heeft de Blue Light Ride tot doelstelling het samenbrengen van hulpverleners uit binnen- en buitenland. Deze hulpverleners werken bij incidenten vaak intensief samen, maar hebben niet altijd de gelegenheid om in ontspannen omstandigheden nader kennis te maken. Tijdens  de Blue Light Ride creëren we hier alle ruimte voor met als doel het vergrote van de cohesie onder al deze first responders.

De Blue Light Ride wordt georganiseerd onder de vlag van 's werelds grootste politievereniging, de International Police Association (www.ipa-nederland.nl).

The next edition of the Blue Light Ride will take place on the 9th of December 2026.

During the Blue Light Ride, a large number of emergency crews volunteer their free time to hopefully help sick children, patients and clients from various healthcare institutions in North Limburg forget that they are ill for a while.

In addition, the Blue Light Ride aims to bring together emergency responders from home and abroad. These emergency responders often work closely together during incidents, but do not always have the opportunity to get to know each other better in a relaxed setting. During  the Blue Light Ride, we create plenty of opportunity for this with the aim of increasing cohesion among all these first responders.

The Blue Light Ride is organised under the banner of the world's largest police association, the International Police Association (www.ipa-nederland.nl).
